Ethiopia — Bangladesh
India — Lots of human flesh
They desperately need to be fed
They’re dying of starvation in their beds
You never believed it before, but now you should know
Wo-ho-oh!
We’re living in the last days
These are the last days
The signs are everywhere, becoming apparent
We’re living in the last days
These are the last days
Ronald Reagan — Gorbachev
lots of missiles — waiting to be launched
when it happens, all will be waste
Behold, Armageddon will take place
You have to believe it — You need to know
Wo-ho-oh!
We’re living in the last days
These are the last days
The signs are everywhere, becoming apparent
We’re living in the last days
These are the last days
Tribulation is all around
People cryin’ now — hear the sound
Anti-Christ will make his reign
All Christians’ll feel the pain
If you refuse the mark of the Beast
you won’t buy, sell, or eat
But if you accept the mark of the beast
You’ll burn eternally
Feel the heat!
We’re living in the last days
These are the last days
The signs are everywhere, becoming apparent
We’re living in the last days
These are the last days
This is the first of my poems/songs that appears to have been inspired or at least influenced by the evening news.
