Ghosts & Fairies

There are ghosts and fairies
And demons hairy
Glamour rock stars
Just go buy a guitar
I know you'll go far
Maybe get a better car
Your girlfriend is scary
No point in getting married

Slam your head and burn your bed
Drink all night — believe that you're dead
Craving raving and bodily engraving
And I wonder — is my life worth saving

Final Fantasy and a Thin Red Line
Last Action Hero and the Seventh Sign

Copied from my "Darker Blue Notebook".

One early copy of this poem repeats the first eight lines at the end, as if they were a chorus.
