This silver ring I wear
With tiny jewels missing
Reminds me of women
I will not be kissing

The tiny brilliant glints
Of reflected silver light
Teach me to avoid
Temptations of the night

The intricate carvings
And open empty hole
Are symbols for the pieces
That were carved from my soul
