So many words in my head
No, my poetry’s not dead
It only took a break
More lines are coming
My keyboard is humming
My brain is all a-shake
Speaking while dreaming
And silently screaming
There is much more to say
Wishing for more time to write
So thoughts can come to light
But no time remains today
